PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the public and to the news media pursuant to WI. Stats. Section 19.84 that the regular meeting of the town board, Town of Excelsior to be held November 8, 2017, 6:30 P.M. Town of Excelsior Hall, 100 E. Broadway St., Rock Springs, WI. 53961.
Regular monthly town board meeting: AGENDA
1. Call to order. Verification of public notice and compliance with the Open Meeting Law.
2. Roll call.
3. Approval of agenda of town board meeting.
4. Approve minutes of prior meeting(s). 10/11/2017
5. Public comments and suggestions from residents of the town and other persons present. (3 minutes)
6. Procedural motions by members of the town board.

c) Approve treasurer to transfer funds to pay bills & reconciliation of town books

a) Carmen Luther/ Update Reedsburg Ambulance
b) Craig Krueger/ Reedsburg Snowmobiler’s are requesting three (3) sections of township roads be used as snowmobile routes.

d) K. Zimmerman/ The Clerk will, within 5 business days following a posted public meeting, have the minutes of said meeting on file on the Town of Excelsior Website for review.
e) Request for Stop Ahead sign/ North on Mirror Lake Rd.
f) Hasenbalg/ Brush cutting on Ableman Rd.
g) Discuss and take possible action on authorizing winter brush and tree cutting
i) Discuss and take possible action on signage at the intersection of Evergreen Road and Evergreen Lane
j) Discuss and take possible action on how to allocate surplus 2017 revenue
k) Discuss driveway revisions by Sauk County CP&Z for existing driveways
