PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the public and to the news media pursuant to WI. Stats. Section 19.84 that the regular meeting of the town board, Town of Excelsior to be held June 13, 2018, following the Meet to Adjourn the Board of Review, Town of Excelsior Hall, 100 E. Broadway St., Rock Springs, WI. 53961.

Regular monthly town board meeting:         AGENDA  

  1. Call to order. Verification of public notice and compliance with the Open Meeting Law.
  2. Pledge of Allegiance
  3. Roll call.
  4. Approval of agenda of town board meeting.
  5. Approve minutes of prior meeting(s). 5/9/2018:
  6. Public comments and suggestions from residents of the town and other persons present. (3 minutes)
  7. Procedural motions by members of the town board.

Approve treasurers report as received.

Approve monthly town bills as submitted 6/11/2018

Approve treasurer to transfer funds to pay bills & reconciliation of town books.

Next town board meeting: July 11, 2018.

Specific matters for discussion and possible action by town board in open session.

a) Approve Winery License for Baraboo Bluff Winery

b) Pam & Jim Frazier: Driveway/ Town road to properties

c) Client Judy Licht/ Surveyor Fauerbach Surveying- Greg Fauerbach PE PLS: Review and consider CSM, Combined Conveyance Concept Map located SW1/4-NE1/4, SE1/4 of NE1/4 of SE1/4 and NE1/4 of SE1/4, Sec. 31 T12N R5E, Town of Excelsior, Sauk County, WI

d) Client Myrna Armstrong / Surveyor Excelsior Group, LLC PLS Matt Filus: Review and     Consider approval of a request from Myrna Armstrong for a Conditional Use Permit for  a Planned Rural Development (PRD) and Preservation Area Easement. NW-SW & SW-NW Sec. 35 T 12 N R 5 E, Town of Excelsior, Sauk County, WI.

e) Discuss/ approve Ordinance # 06-13-18 Lake Virginia Parking and Activities on Icebound Waters; to be a part of Chapter 5, Town of Excelsior Code of Ordinance.

f) Award Hot oil seal coating using pre-coated pea stone

g) Award Asphaltic concrete pavement overlay and wedging

h)  Review and consider approval to allow Russell and Peggy Harsch to construct an extension of Wakerly Lane to serve parcel # 0393

i) Discuss and possible action on a bid opening policy.

j) Review and consider approval to renew insurance policy with Rural Mutual Insurance Co.
