NOTICE OF PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING FOR THE TOWN OF EXCELSIOR, SAUK COUNTY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, November 28, 2017, 6:00 P.M 100 E. Broadway Rock Springs, a Public Hearing on the Proposed  2017/2018 budget for the Town of Excelsior. The proposed budget in detail will be available for inspection at the town office, 1:00 P.M. to 4:30 P.M. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Summary budget will be posted. Meetings will run consecutively. 608-522-5115.

 

NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS OF THE TOWN OF EXCELSIOR, SAUK COUNTY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 100 E. Broadway Rock Springs, WI.,  immediately following the public hearing on the proposed 2017/2018 budget.

Town meeting of the electors called pursuant to St. Stat. Sec. 60.12(1) (c) by the town board for the following purpose will be held:

  1. To approve the 2017 town tax levy to be collected in 2018, pursuant to Section 60.10(1) (a) of the Wisconsin Statues.
  2. To approve compensation for elected town officials for the next term of office pursuant to Section 60.10(1)(b)(1) of Wisconsin Statues

Special town board meeting will follow the Public hearing on proposed 2017/2018 budget and Special Town Elector meeting November 28, 2017 100 E .Broadway Rock Springs, 53961.
