NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Town of Excelsior Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on April 24th, 2024. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Excelsior Town Hall at 100 E. Broadway St., Rock Springs, WI 53961 to consider enacting a resolution to adopt the Comprehensive Plan amendment as recommended by the Town of Excelsior Plan Commission.
The Town of Excelsior adopted a Comprehensive Plan under the authority of and procedures established by Section 66.1001 of the Wisconsin Statutes in 2009. The Town of Excelsior Plan Commission resolution recommends adoption of an amendment of the comprehensive plan to update demographic data throughout the plan; policies and objectives; and amend the Town’s Future Land Use Map.
Testimony of persons to appear at the public hearing; any person so desiring will be given a reasonable opportunity to express their opinions and/or request further information on the matter before the Plan Commission.
