Junction Road

The City of Reedsburg’s contractor will start construction on Monday August 19th, 2024 for the sewer project.  They will start at STH 136 and work to the west.  Junction Road will be closed, but will  be open to residents living on the road.

NOTICE OF POSSIBLE QUORUM

Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Town of Excelsior Board of Supervisors might be present for the Sauk County Unit Meeting being held Thursday, August 15th, 2024 beginning at 7PM located at the Knights of Columbus Hall at 426 S. Albert Ave., Reedsburg, WI.

Though no Town of Excelsior business will be acted on, this notice is being posted to comply with Wisconsin Open Meetings Law, which requires public notice to be given when a quorom of a governmental body may be gathered together, unless the event is for educational purposes only.

HOLIDAY REFUSE AND RECYCLING COLLECTION REMINDER

When a holiday falls within a collection week, the collection day of the holiday and the following collection days will be delayed one day.

Collection days prior to the holiday will not be affected.

Remaining 2024 Holidays

Week of 7/1 – Monday thru Wednesday will be collected as usual.  Thursday (Independence Day) collection will occur on Friday, and Friday collection will occur on Saturday.

Week of 9/2 – Every collection day will be delayed one day due to labor Day occurring on Monday.

Week of 11/25 – Monday thru Wednesday will be collected as usual.  Thursday (Thanksgiving) collection will occur on Friday, and Friday collection will occur on Saturday.

Week of 12/23 – Monday and Tuesday will be collected as usual.  Wednesday (Christmas Day) collection will occur on Thursday.  Thursday collection will occur on Friday, and Friday collection will occur on Saturday.
